Live music performed by Bigdumbhick in the STARworks Cafe and Taproom. No admission fee, but tips for the performers are greatly appreciated. All ages welcome! Beer, wine, coffees, smoothies, snacks and sandwiches available in the cafe & taproom.

Jeff Wall is the Bigdumbhick, a 6’7”, 300+lb, bib-overall wearing, solo acoustic singer/songwriter, storyteller from the Piedmont region of North Carolina. Originally from Middle Tennessee, he spent 20 years in the Navy, where he taught himself to play guitar. He’s traveled the world, and he has broken bread and played music with people from every imaginable point of the political, religious, and social spectrum.  ”Big”, yes, but he’s not nearly as “Dumb” or as “Hick” as he might initially portray himself to be. He is a hilarious performer, one who writes darkly humorous songs, songs which will often contain some deep insight or thought provoking idea.  One moment he can have you crying with laughter, and then out of the blue he hits you with something extremely personal and profound that will cause your jaw, and occasionally a few tears, to hit the ground.
