Real Movements for Real Bodies Yoga
Tuesdays, 5:30pm
This ‘All-Level’ movement class is taught with the beginner in mind while offering different levels of challenges for the intermediate to advanced students. We will focus on breathing and balance while engaging core strength, increasing flexibility, and building stamina. Yoga means: “To yoke together or to bring together; aka Union” and that is what these mind/body/spirit integration classes are about. All Beings (shapes and sizes) are Welcome!
