HELP US CREATE STARWORKS ARTIST RESIDENCY HOUSING
Raise the Roof directly supports the necessary renovation of our 100-year-old boiler building located on the Starworks property in order to create Artist Residency Housing. Our remodeling plans have been designed to accommodate resident needs with a comfortable living space that includes 11 spacious bedrooms with shared bathrooms, common living areas to instill a sense of community and invite collaboration, as well as the convenience of on-site laundry facilities for our Starworks Artists in Residence.
Each year, Starworks hosts 30-50 artists in our glass, ceramics, metal and fiber studios for periods of one to six months. Starworks currently provides housing in the local community at an extremely low cost to the resident artists. Local community housing options can vary in quality and availability, and leases for these spaces have steadily increased in cost.
Help us expand our residency and workshop programs! Support our vision of providing energy efficient housing at a subsidized cost for artists in residence and program attendees, as well as provide rental income associated with our special workshops, events and other important programming.

12:45pm - Luncheon featuring Special Guest Artists and Speaker Garth Johnson
1:15pm - Raise the Paddle to Raise the Roof
2:00pm - Lively Art Auction
3pm - Closing Remarks and Special Thanks to our Guests and Volunteers!
Please purchase your tickets online by October 5. Tickets for the Raise the Roof Fundraiser include lunch, drinks and live entertainment.

General Admission single ticket = $125 per person, or $200 per couple
Special Starworks Artist Alumni rate is $50
