Hot Glass Fundamentals

January 7, 10am - 5pm

Learn the basic skills of how to gather and manipulate molten glass, including basic color applications. Please note, this is a moderately physically demanding class. Expect to create a paperweight, glass feather and other solid glass objects. If time allows, participants will begin to learn the blowing process. No experience necessary.

Sandwiches, soups and snack options available in the cafe, or participants are welcome to bring their own lunch.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the popularity of our Make Your Own series, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to class date. Cancellations made after that date will not be refunded.

SAFETY

• Participants must wear closed toe shoes and natural fibers

• Mouth pieces are cleaned with alcohol between participants

• Hand sanitizer is available for use before and after your session

• Class is $250

• Class size is limited. Advance registration is required and payment is due at the time of registration
